GradeMiners.com is not the most popular website in the writing industry, but it still deserved our review. The site is pretty cool, and you can order different types of papers. The order form is detailed, but it still easy to complete. These are the main features the company is distinguished with:
- A large team of over 1500 native writers
- Reasonable prices and a convenient bonus system
- Transparent policies and guarantees
It seems like a nice offer, but many other services are offering the same things. Can Grade Miners measure up to their quality?
“My writer was two days left. Fortunately, I ordered the paper with a shorter deadline and I still got to submit it on time. But, the company didn’t provide refund for the late delivery.” – Norrah
“I asked the writer to follow strict guides. I’m a non-native speaker and I needed a paper with great content, but less complicated style. The writer wrote an essay without strong arguments, but with too many big words that needed a dictionary.” – Climt
The price per page for an essay at this website may range from $11.30 to $44.95 per page. That seems like a cool offer when you compare it to the price range of other websites. However, when you take a look at the offer for other types of services, you realize the website is not that affordable.
There are some weird inconsistencies with the deadlines. An essay is available with urgency options from 20 days to 3 hours, but you can’t choose a deadline of 20 days for a term paper; the longest deadline is 10 days for this option. A term paper is a much more complex project and needs more time for completion when compared to an essay.
The payment options at Grade Miners are scarce. You can only use Visa, MasterCard or PayPal to submit payment. The lack of payment options definitely affects the site’s usability.
Discounts and Special Offers
We loved the discount offer of 15% for first orders. There’s a discount code you can apply in the order form, so the final price gets significantly cheaper. However, the loyalty system is not beneficial. Instead of getting actual discounts and low prices, you have to pay the full price when you return for more orders. You get bonuses on your account for each project you get, and you can use that bonus to pay for future orders.
The free features include 2 weeks of free revisions. No policies are obligating the writers to provide revisions within a short period of time, so they can extend the first revision to 2 weeks, and you won’t be able to request any additional amendments.
The site is a bit pedestrian. There’s nothing special about the design, but you still get the most information you need before placing the order. The only thing missing is a How it works section. The company doesn’t inform you about the process of completion and delivery. Such an addition to the website would make it much more legit.
The range of services includes most types of papers that students need: essay, article, dissertation, case study, book report, and more. Editing and formatting services are also available.
The customer support agents were very friendly and willing to help… until we placed the order. Then, we stopped getting responses to our questions. When we asked for revisions, we had to wait for 3 days before getting an answer. Considering the fact that the period for free revisions was limited, that delay was a big problem.
Delivery and Quality
We decided to order a book review, and we chose the highest level of quality with a deadline of 5 days. The writer delivered the work on time. It was fine, but it wasn’t impressive because it lacked original opinions. It was just a plain explanation of the plot and characters. We got only one revisions, and there was no time left for us to request another one.
What Makes GradeMiners.com Different from Other Services?
Nothing much, really. It’s just a usual website that delivers the work you need through a convenient process. No special features and no blog.
The relatively low prices are attractive, and the quality is not bad. However, there are certain problems with the site, such as the lack of explanation about the completion procedure, and the limited time for revisions.
