Paperial.com Review

paperial.com review

There is one thing that gets into your eyes the moment you land at Paperial.com: the huge discount of 50%. That’s great, although it turns out that things are different from your first impressions. There are few things this service is distinguished with:

  • A blog with nice writing tips for students
  • A long list of user testimonials
  • Progressive payment: you pay for the completed sections you approve

All this sounds great, doesn’t it? As usual, we have to dig a bit deeper to write an in-depth review and tell you what this service is capable of.

“Let me just warn you: the service is not as affordable as you think.” – Michelle

“For the money I paid, I don’t think I got the quality I deserved. 🙁 Also, the support system sucks.” – Daniel

Prices

paperial.com pricesThe main factor of the company’s marketing campaign is the fact that it offers low prices. When you take a look at the pricing chart, you realize that the prices are not affordable at all. The first big problem is that you don’t get to choose a quality level.

An essay starts with a price per page of $20.25 for the deadline of 10 days. The price goes up to $38.25 per page for the deadline of 3 hours. That’s not really impressive considering the fact that these are the quotes for standard quality. The prices for all other products are within the same range.

The payments are safely processed via PayPal, American Express, Discover, Visa, or MasterCard.

Discounts and Special Offers

This is where things get funky. At the homepage, Paperial claims to give you 50% discount on your order. When you see the discounted price for the deadline of 10 days… it’s $20.25. Wait, what? It’s the regular price that’s available in the price chart, but the company claims that’s a great discount. Well, we never like being tricked into believing we’re getting benefits that are not actually there.

Free features are not mentioned anywhere at the website.

Website Usability

The claims at the website are misleading. Other than that fact, the site’s usability is not bad. Although you have to sign up with your email to proceed to the order form, you can easily place the order after that. Direct contact with the writer is available, so that’s another cool thing to mention.

The range of services is okay; you can order an essay, article, admission essay, article review, book review, business plan, term paper, research paper, critical thinking content, and few other types of academic work.

Customer Support

It’s not very responsive. Although there is a live chat at the site, we had to wait few minutes before getting answers, which were too generic. The agents were not very informed about the way their services work. Still, they helped us get minor revisions on the paper.

Delivery and Quality

We ordered an essay with a topic from the geography niche. It was a pretty basic order, and the writer managed to complete it within 7 days. However, we still wanted to get impressive work for a college-level student, and this was not what we received. The essay would have been great for a high-school student. Still, the point of the order was missed.

We didn’t get any free features and the discount code of 50% was useless. Nevertheless, we did get revisions as soon as we contacted the customer support. The writer altered the content a bit to advance its quality, so it was close to decent in its final form. For this price, though, other services showcase much better performance.

What Makes Paperial.com Different from Other Services?

There are plenty of professional writers in the team, and you can contact your author directly. The blog is a nice touch, since it gives useful advice to students who want to write their own papers.

Overview

The false claim for a 50% discount makes you think this is not a legit service. Paperial.com provided a convenient ordering experience and a timely delivery. Still, the quality was not as high as expected.

  1. Paperial is an expensive company. When I saw this, I thought ‘this service must be good, they are so highly priced’. I guess pricing is not really an indicator, because I got one of the worst papers I ever ordered!
